Reflections on "The Demigod Files" by Rick Riordan

(P.S. This is not my picture.)

Recently, I read a book with the name of "The Demigod Files", a part of the Percy Jackson series, by Rick Riordan. After reading this book, I have a few reflections to make. As always, I love the characters in the Percy Jackson series, because the main characters are the children of the Greek Gods, which is really interesting. For example, the children of Ares, the war god, are very war-like and always try to start fights, while the children of Athena, the goddess of wisdom, are very smart and always have things planned out. I think that these books are very interesting and they are full of Greek Mythology, which is probably what keeps me reading this book especially. These type of books are really hard to put down, which is probably because they are also full of suspense, which is always why a book is hard to put down. This book is most certainly what I call reading for pleasure. In this book, there are basically no boring bits, because I think that Rick Riordan is really good at writing books without making them boring in order for them to be lengthy. I definitely think that someone else would like this book, because this book sort of explains to you what each god specializes in because all of the Greek Gods' children are just like their godly parents. I picked this book up because it is one of the many books that I have read by Rick Riordan, so I know that all of his books are good. I pick up any book either because it has an interesting title, or because someone else has recommended it to me. My favorite kind of books to read are books that are full of suspense. I really encourage you to read it, because it is a very good book that is full of adventure. Enjoy!
