Reflections on "The Smoky Corridor"

P.S. This is not my picture

Recently, I read a book with the title "The Smoky Corridor" and I have a few reflections to make. In this book, I think that the characters are really interesting, because they all have different personalities that change during the book. For example, there is this teacher whose name is Ms. DuBois. At first she is this nice teacher who is kind to the kids, while later in the book she is an evil person who was trying to find a kid's soul to eat because there is a lot of ghost activity in this book. I think that one thing that keeps me reading it is the suspense, because there are ghosts, and really interesting things going on like a cemetery next to the school where there was tons of gold, etc. This book especially was hard to put down. This book really works well as reading for pleasure. There were a few boring bits in this book, but there weren't too many. I think someone else would like this book because it is full of suspense, and it is one of those books that you just can't stop reading. This is the first book that I have read from this author, but I hope that there are other books and that they are just as good as this book, if not better. I mainly picked up this book because it had a catchy title. (Sorry people who agree with the "Don't judge a book by its cover" rule). I mostly pick up books because they have interesting eye-catching titles, and because they are mystery books. I like and prefer books that are mystery-based, and that are full of suspense.

Overall, I think that this is a really good book, and I suggest that whoever wants to find a book to read should choose this book.
